Opti5 is software delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped physically.

Software

After you log in, the download is available on the My account page straight away, during your free trial and while your plan is active.

Plans

When you pay for a plan on this website or inside the app, it is activated on your Opti5 account (linked to your mobile number) as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes. You can see the plan and its expiry date on My account, on this website or in the app.

If your plan isn't active within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact with your registered mobile number and payment reference.
