These terms apply to the Opti5 software ("the app"), this website and all Opti5 plans, provided by ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, or buying a plan, you agree to them.
1. The app
Opti5 is software that runs on your own Windows computer and shows option-chain data and analytics using data from your own Zerodha account. It is for information and education only and is not investment advice (see the Disclaimer). It does not place orders.
2. Your account and licence
- You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password. You must give correct details and keep your account to yourself.
- A plan gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app for the period paid for. You may not resell, share, copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the app, or remove its licence checks.
- We may suspend accounts that are misused, shared or used in breach of these terms, or where a payment is reversed.
3. Trial, plans and payments
- New accounts get one free trial per mobile number. When the trial or a paid plan ends, the app locks until you buy or renew a plan.
- Prices are shown on this website and in the app in Indian rupees, including applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see your card or bank login details.
- Renewing early adds the new days on top of your current plan. Plans do not renew automatically.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund & cancellation policy.
4. Your responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions and their results.
- You are responsible for your Zerodha login details and for following Zerodha's terms of use and applicable exchange and SEBI rules. Some data is fetched through Zerodha endpoints that Zerodha may change or limit at any time.
5. No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". Data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and features may stop working if Zerodha or the exchanges change their services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss, including trading losses, lost profits or data loss, arising from use of, or inability to use, the app or this website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan.
7. Changes
We may update these terms and the app. The date above shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the city of our registered address have exclusive jurisdiction.
